Woodpecker’s Inn is an up market 3 star guesthouse situated in Kempton Park, 15 minute drive form OR Tambo International Airport. Guests are received in ultimate luxury and service excellence.
Woodpecker’s Inn Guesthouse opened in May 2008 and provides accommodation to the international, corporate travellers and families. Our staff are more than willing to assist you where possible to make you feel comfortable and at home.
At Woodpecker’s Inn we pride ourselves in offering you a 4 star property at 3 star rates that simply makes your life easier.
Accommodation
Woodpecker’s Inn has five en-suite spacious and luxurious rooms available. Each room sleeps two guests and has its own private entrance. Our first floor rooms have been designed in such a way that they can be converted into one large family room. Each room is individually decorated.
Our 5th room is also a honeymoon suite with an aircon and an open plan bathroom with a shower and a free standing bath.
Our Rooms
The Grey Lourie
This ground level room function as a disabled room as well as a standard guest room. The room has a ramp into the room as well as converted shower.
The Hoopoe
The Hoopoe is also on the ground floor and is equipped with a bath.
The Black Collared
The Black Collared is on the first floor with a covered balcony, bathroom with a shower.
The Crested Barbet
The Crested Barbet also on first floor equipped with bathroom and shower, as well as covered balcony.
the Cape robin
This room will be perfect for a newly wed couple. First floor with a private balcony, open plan bathroom with shower and free standing bath.
All of our rooms have two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed. All have built in cupboards with a desk chair and a comfy chair just to relax on.
