The Village in Hatfield is a delightful guesthouse offering a cluster of separate units, perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. We aim to create an urban village atmosphere where travellers from all over the world will feel welcome.
accommodation
The Village in Hatfield offers 14 separate units with en-suite bathrooms. Different room options are available including family units sleeping four. Our unique layout enables us to accommodate groups of about 34 and is ideal for sports groups attending programs at the HPC (High Performance Centre).
All the accommodation facilities are equipped with television sets, microwave ovens , fridges and tea & coffee facilities. Guests can relax at the two swimming pools on the property or take a breather in our tranquil gardens.
Safety is a priority; the Village in Hatfield offers secure parking, security fencing and a night watchman for peace of mind.
Breakfast
An English breakfast is provided in a well appointed dining area, but visitors are also welcome to choose a self-catering option. The dining room can seat 30+ guests and can also be used for conferences.
Location
Situated in the quiet, leafy eastern side of Hatfield, close to Pretoria’s vibrant student hub, the Village is the ideal location to reach major landmarks in Pretoria.
Universities:
Within walking distance from the University of Pretoria, and 10 minutes away from UNISA, the CSIR and the Innovation Hub.
Sporting facilities:
Bordering on LC de Villiers and the High Performance Centre of the University of Pretoria, minutes away from Loftus.
Hospitals:
A few minutes away from the Urological Hospital, Eye Institute, Heart Hospital and Little Company of Mary.

The N1 highway, linking Pretoria to Johannesburg to the south and Mpumalanga and the Limpopo provinces to the east and north, is a few minutes’ drive away and a trip to or from OR Tambo International Airport will take approximately half an hour.
