Morrells is a very special and unique space in the heart of Northcliff, From the moment you walk through the gates you are enchanted by the beautiful olive grove and enveloped by the smell of lavender and roses, feeling as if you where in the south of France.

Accommodation

MANOR HOUSE
Morrells Manor House as well as Morrells Boutique Venue epitomises the essence that makes French Provencal so charming. Lavishly spacious, each suite exudes warmth brought alive by accents of colour drawn from the surrounding landscape. Wooden floors and light-filled rooms lend themselves to a relaxed atmosphere. Masterfully chosen antique furniture is seamlessly integrated with modern comforts. Comfortable luxury is epitomized by the extra length beds enrobed in ultra soft bedding.

This old-world charm never ceases to capture your attention as eloquently placed orchids draw you into a sense of wonderment.

FARMHOUSE
Situated on the Morrells estate amidst neatly trimmed gardens, stands Morrells Farmhouse built in the late 1800’s by the early Dutch settlers. This was the first house built in Northcliff, a then dairy farm, which has now been lovingly restored by Mike and Bernice Morrell into an elegant retreat with seven beautifully decorated en suite bedrooms complete with the original wooden floors and pressed ceilings. Morrells Farmhouse exudes vintage charm of a bygone era.

Breakfast & Dining

Sumptuous meals are all served in the homely dining room typically reminiscent of the countryside in Auberge. Allow the personalised five star service and onsite butler to translate your ultimate expectations of luxury. Morrells Manor House welcomes you home.

Conferences and Weddings

Morrells boutique venue has all the elements that create a truly unforgettable occasion. “La Maison” incorporates the piano room and chapel with an all-encompassing garden. “Le Grange” offers a larger function area with an outside bistro as well as “La Chambre”, a Parisian tea room. These are to name but a few of the elegant features and spaces to choose from. Whatever your occasion, the opulent finishes and five star service delivery will not overshadow the relaxed ambiance.

Weddings
• We can host 106 guests seated without a dance floor
• We have 65 French linen chairs in the chapel and we can fit 106 Tiffany chairs in the chapel (not provided by Morrells)
• We offer plated, floating, High tea, breakfast and French Faire Menus
• Boutique Venue hire includes (certain areas will differ) includes antique chairs, tables, chapel, rose garden, olive grove, courtyard, bistro area, florist, La Chambre, Parking, Barn, outside terrace, French linen tablecloths and napkins, vintage pewter base plates, assorted candelabras.
• Flowers are done in house by the owner Bernice Morrell, flowers are done with passion and care, we use the in house antique tea pots, brass glass cut vases, and delf containers.
• Theme that Morrells has specialized is the French faire and Mad hatters.
• Morrells specialize in Bespoke weddings
• La Maison is specially created for smaller weddings of no more than 40 guests (no dancing)
• We also host receptions for wedding should the couple want to use their respected churches
• Morrells offers in house wedding planning for all couples to ease the burden of the planning process
• Personalized attention to every wedding booked, with the in-house coordination team

Conferences
• We can host a maximum amount of 70 delegates for a conference
• We have four conference facilities
• Fourteen on suite single and or sharing rooms
• Accommodation rates include breakfast
• The Barn and Piano room include a screen and projector
• Conferences exceeding 40 delegates will have a cocktail lunch
• Full day package includes arrival snacks, mid morning snacks, lunch and mid afternoon snacks
• Half Day package with lunch includes arrival snacks, mid morning snacks and lunch
• Half Day package with no lunch includes arrival snacks and mid morning snacks.
• All packages includes tea, coffee and infused water on arrival
• Lunch packages include tea, coffee, infused water and Morrell’s Ice Tea during lunch
• Morrell’s offers in-house coordination
