Situated in a secure, leafy suburb, we offer a fully self contained brand new garden facing guest cottage in a secure boomed area of River Club, just 5km from Sandton CBD. The perfect location for business people who want a 'home from home' location in park like surroundings with secure parking.
Our guests can enjoy the privacy of their own lounge with flat screen TV, full DSTV and DVD player and view of private patio and garden. Should they wish there is a large verandah with comfy sofas, a dining area leading from the designer eat-in kitchen, a view onto our park like garden and large pool are available for their comfort.
Accommodation
There is a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, DSTV, DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi. Double doors lead out onto private courtyard garden, rose garden and trickling fountain. The spacious bedroom with queen size bed and wall to wall wardrobes also leads onto the garden. We have a stunning en suite bathroom with luxury fittings, shower and bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a glass top hob and under counter oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, washing up area, crockery and cutlery. Breakfast can be provided if required. The entire cottage is underfloor heated for the Highveld winters and has its own entrance.
A second bedroom with separate bathroom housing a walk in shower is available for a single person. This bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with tea and coffee making facilities. Dinner from our family kitchen is available for the tired executive who prefers home cooking to the abundant range of superb restaurants close by.
