The airy bathroom comes with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is also wireless internet and a parking bay.

The well known Rosebank Rooftop Market (on Sundays), the ethnic and cultural Rosebank Craft Market, Everard Read Art Gallery, banks and 24 hour Bureau de Change, fax, post and internet cafes, conference facilities, supermarkets and shops of every kind.
