EQUIPMENT
All conference rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and blinds, overhead projector, screen, flipchart, TV, VCR and whiteboard are standard equipment.
CHAPEL and WEDDING VENUE
A Wedding Village with a choice of six elegant non denominational Tuscan, Asian and Garden chapels, 12 romantic reception halls, intimate Honeymoon Suites, and five Guest Houses surrounded by stunning sculptures, Tuscan garden with stone paving, Roman fountain, and Renaissance paintings. And that’s why we will appoint one experienced and specialized wedding co-ordinators to your wedding.
FUNCTION VENUES
Half the success of your event is dependent on the right venue and on spending time on meticulous planning and co-ordination. And that’s why we appoint one experienced and specialized function co-ordinator to each event. Make your function an elegant affair, a sumptuous banquet, a funky themed event or your own invention. Use our Function Coordinators, beautiful venues and personal service. Our functions venues can cater for 10 - 380 delegates with a dance floor and bandstand. The elegance and sophistication of the occasion is matched to the style and the craftsmanship of its creators.
GUEST HOUSE
Ninety three 4 Star bedrooms en-suite. We welcome you at one of our seven 4 Star Guest Houses. Experience the personal touch and savour our hospitality. Some of our guest houses have a Lapa, children’s playground, swimming pool and recreational amenities. Our guest houses comprise of Villa Tuscana, The Cottage, The Village Lodge and Lala Thai, The Village Inn, Orchid House and opening in June 2010 Lavender Mews.
TEAM BUILDING
We can offer a variety of Team Building activities such as:
• Helicopter flips
• Giant Foosball: comprises of an inflatable perimeter wall and goal posts. Players attached to each other are able to only move from side to side
• Indoor Team Challenge: A unique programme in which teams of participants compete against each other in a series of specially designed indoor activities
• Archery: An instructor gives tuition using re-curved bows
• Movie Making: Each team works together to write a script, produce, direct and act in a movie using the resources provided |
