DESCRIPTION:
Bolton Hall is situated in one of the most leafy and attractive suburbs of Johannesburg. This fully furnished, self catering apartment is a comfortable and sunny haven, stylishly refurbished with all modern facilities, overlooking a large and well laid our garden, complete with pool.
ACCOMMODATION
The apartment offers one en-suite bedroom which sleeps two in a Queen-size bed. A further two guests can be accommodated on a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower and toilet, and there is an additional, separate toilet.
The TV in the lounge receives the communal satellite feed and receives all the video and audio programming available in South Africa. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, stove and microwave oven, etc.
Service
Linen is changed once weekly during the cleaning service and there is 24 hour security. Access to Bolton hall can only be achieved though the guarded foyer or through lock-up parking facility.
Location & Facilities
204 Bolton Hall is close to major shopping centres of Killarney itself, Rosebank and Sandton. The Killarney Mall is conveniently a two minute walk away and caters for your every shopping need. There are also cinemas, restaurants and bars.
Major bus routes running to Johannesburg City Centre, Rosebank or Sandton can be utilised a block or two away. Taxi and car rental services are also available. The TAC Golf Course, which caters for visitors, is only a few minutes away. In 2010, in time for World Cup Soccer, the Gautrain rail service will provide transport to Rosebank, Sandton and OR Tambo International Airport.
Bolton Hall is situated between Forest Town and Sandton City and the M1 motorway, leading to the City Centre and Pretoria is a few blocks away. Other nearby shopping centres are Hyde Park, Sandton City, Melrose Arch, Illovo, plus the Johannesburg CBD, are all a short drive away.
Attractions and Activities
The well known Rosebank Rooftop Market (on Sundays), the ethnic and cultural Rosebank Craft Market, Everard Read Art Gallery, banks and 24 hour Bureau de Change, fax, post and internet cafes, conference facilities, supermarkets and shops of every kind. Also to hand are the Rosebank Police Station and the Rosebank Medi-Clinic. Other nearby attractions are Constitution Hill, The Johannesburg Civic Theatre, Sandton's Nelson Mandela Square (restaurants galore). |
